Introduction

The RADI H. pylori Ab Rapid Test is a lateral flow immunoassay intended for the qualitative detection of antibodies of all isotypes (IgG, IgM, IgA) specific to Helicobacter pylori in human serum, plasma and whole blood using immunochromatography.

Test Procedure

  • 1

    Using a micropipette, collect 10㎕ of serum, plasma or 20㎕ of venous whole blood.

  • 2

    Add the collected serum, plasma or venous whole blood to the specimen well of the test device.

  • 3

    Apply 3 drops of buffer vertically into the specimen well of the test device.

  • 4

    Read within 15 minutes.
    Do not read after 15 mins.
