Introduction

The RADI Syphilis Ab Rapid Test is a lateral flow immunoassay intended for the qualitative detection of antibodies specific (IgG, IgM, IgA) to Treponema pallidum (15KDa, 17KDa, 47KDa) in serum, plasma and whole blood using immunochromatography.

Test Procedure

  • 1

    Using a micropipette collect 10ul of serum, plasma or 20ul of venous whole blood.

  • 2

    Add the collected serum, plasma or venous whole blood to the specimen well of the test device.

  • 3

    Apply 3 drops of buffer vertically into the specimen well of the test device.

  • 4

    Read the test result at 15 minutes. Do not read after 15 minutes.
