The RADI Cholera Ag O1/O139 Rapid Test is a rapid chromatographic immunoassay for the qualitative detection of Vibrio cholerae O1 and O139 in human fecal specimens.

Test Procedure

  • 1

    Using a micropipette, collect 10㎕ of serum, plasma or 20㎕ of venous whole blood.

    Add the collected serum, plasma or venous whole blood to the specimen well of the test device.

  • 3

    Add 3 drops of buffer vertically into the specimen well of the test device.

  • 4

    Read within 15 minutes.
    Do not read after 15 mins.

  • 5

    Read within 15 minutes.
    Do not read after 15 mins.
