The RADI Typhoid IgG/IgM Ab Rapid Test is an immune chromatographic assay designed for the qualitative detection of antibody against Salmonella Typhi in human serum, plasma or whole blood. It is intended to be used as in vitro diagnostic of typhoid fever. The test provides a differential detection of anti-typhoid IgM and anti-typhoid IgG antibodies. The results obtained should not be the sole determinant for clinical decision.

Using a micropipette collect 30ul of serum, plasma or 60ul of venous whole blood.
Add the collected serum, plasma or venous whole blood to the specimen well of the test device.
Apply 3 drops of buffer vertically into the specimen well of the test device.
Read the test result at 15 minutes. Do not read after 15 minutes.
